Surrey Transportation Plan Survey

Surrey is growing by 300,000 people over the next 30 years – that’s 50% more than today. We are developing a new Surrey Transportation Plan (STP) to address growth and leverage new technology. We are committed to making Surrey’s transportation network safer, cleaner and more accessible for everyone.
The STP will be guided by five pillars that have been approved by Surrey City Council:
  • Grow the Transportation Network: Surrey will become a vibrant urban centre of 1 million people
  • Prioritize Vision Zero Surrey: Human life is valued above all else in the City’s transportation network
  • Tackle the Climate Crisis: Tackling the climate crisis requires decisive action on how we get around
  • Innovate through Technology and New Mobility: Connected, autonomous, shared, and electric mobility options are available
  • Balance Equity: All members of the community should benefit from and have equitable access to the transportation network
We want your feedback so that the plan reflects your needs and priorities.  By working together, challenging old ideas and being creative, we can face our transportation future head-on and achieve Surrey’s vision of a thriving, green, inclusive city. This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.

The City of Surrey recognizes that this survey involves the traditional territory of the Coast Salish peoples.
