LEISURE ACCESS PROGRAM

This application is for Clients of the Ministry of Children & Family Development. 
This option is for the child(ren) or youth under the legal care of MCFD, Métis Family Services, or Vancouver Aboriginal Child and Family Services Society (VACFSS) and for young adults (19-25) who are supported by MCFD-SAJE. To register the entire family, please select one of our other options.
